Not eligible for extension, reissue, or replacement.

The Southwest flight e-passes will expire one year from the issue date, which will be on or around May 1, 2025.
Travel is valid within the continental U.S., including Puerto Rico.
Flights are subject to availability and must be booked in accordance with Southwest Airlines’ e-pass policies.
Things to Know About the Southwest Flight e-pass℠
Southwest flight e-passes are valid for one-way travel and can be combined for round-trip travel.
Valid for travel on Southwest-operated, published, scheduled service in the United States, its territories, and its possessions, including Puerto Rico.
Have no blackout dates and are not eligible for extensions, reissue, or replacement.
